Code of ethics

DenverPerry will at all times ensure that sensitive client information will remain confidential. To ensure that this is the case:

• DenverPerry will not disclose the name of a client to a candidate without the clients prior agreement.
• Immediate disclosure of conflicts or potential conflicts of interest.
• DenverPerry will not disclose client information to third parties.
• DenverPerry will ensure that all client communications (electronic and hardcopy) will remain secure.
• In salary negotiations, we will represent the client's best interests whilst being fair to the candidate.
• DenverPerry will not publicly disclose the names of its client without their prior permission.
• DenverPerry will not send unsolicited resumes to clients.
